By definition, CrossFit is a “core strength and conditioning program. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Life rewards this kind of fitness, and and generally punishes the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Soccer Moms to Professional Baseball players have worked out side by side in our gym.

CrossFit is Designed to assist athletes to be better at everything they do. Instead of trying to build fitness by just running, riding a bike,swimming, rowing, or lifting: CrossFitters build fitness by incorporating a multitude of different activities into each workout making them challenging and very rewarding.

While at times the Workout Of the Day (WOD) might be tailored to just one outcome, it is the proper blend of 2, 3 or 4 movements combinations that CrossFit provides individuals with unprecedented strength and fitness with minimal time commitment. You might swing a kettlebell, throw a medicine ball, squat a barbell, do a pull-up, jump on a box, run, row, or jump rope, but the combination of the WOD is always different. Such variety benefits participants not because it helps keep workouts interesting, but also because it:

1. Prepares participants for a broad array of physical activities. With such a wide range of movements, weights and time domains, athletes often find themselves with the physical capabilities to do more than they ever thought.

2 Efficiently Uses Time. CrossFit is bar none the most efficient way to elicit responses in the body that help create a fit individual in the shortest time.

3. Reduces the Risk of Injury. CrossFit is a program designed to create athletes and thus attacks each and every part of the body strengthening the body as a whole. CrossFit can both proactively address mobility or strength deficiencies before they become an issue, and rectify them after they’ve become problematic.

4. Creates Communities. CrossFit workouts are practiced in a group setting, scaled to allow each participant the opportunity to perform comparable workouts,regardless of age, athletic background or experience. The experience of pushing yourself to your own personal limit becomes one that’s shared. Such journeys forge relationships amongst even the most unusual pairings, and create a community unlike that found in any other sports or recreational activity. While we offer Olympic Weight Lifting and our MetCon Get Fit classes, CrossFit is our main course. We have an a great deal of of experience coaching,correcting, and building fitter people through CrossFit. CrossFit classes currently take up the bulk of our schedule. The sport of Olympic Weightlifting is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic program in which participants attempt a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. While there are relatively few competitive Olympic weightlifters (or more simply lifters), the lifts and their components are commonly used by elite athletes in other sports to train for both explosive and functional strength.

Nearly 75% of CrossFit workout involve a Olympic Weightlifting discipline, making it imperative to learn proper and safe technique.

Olympic weightlifters enjoy outstanding physical fitness including very low bodyfat. Weightlifting is also a life-long sport for both men and women; we have participants on our team ranging from teens to 50+ years of age.



We know that not everyone wants to learn the more technically demanding movements that make-up the sport of CrossFit. While that’s an integral part of our CrossFit program and the sport of CrossFit, it doesn’t have to be in yours to have an effective training program. The principles apply, but the movements can and will vary.

We utilize most of the tools of the basic CrossFit gym, Rowers, Bikes, Running, Sleds, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Battles Ropes and Jump Ropes.

Don’t spend hundreds of dollars to work out with little to no equipment in a park, when you can receive qualified, certified coaching in a clean organized space with equipment that meets your demanding goals. As you grow in your fitness journey, our coaches and facility are equipped to evolve as you do.

Classes are scheduled Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Classes will run from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, with approximately 10 minutes of warm up/intro/ 5 Minutes of movement review and 40-45 minute workout of engaging, challenging coach-led movements.

Competitor Training incorporates a more periodized program involving more weightlifting, increased volume, advanced gymnastics, and other movements to help you reach that next level. Competitor Training athletes take training seriously, looking to maximize their potential. If your goal is to be the strongest, most fit version of yourself, this is for you. We offer daily programming and Competitor Session in group setting on Tuesday’s 5:15-7:00pm and Saturday’s 9:30am-11:30.
