As a coach I strive to give my members the best hour of instruction possible. I harp on members having solid foundation of movement to support loads and intensity. I do not accept so so movement. My classes are fun, loud and filled with smiles and exceptional effort!

I am a jack of all trades athlete. Played competitive sports throughout my life. Introduced to CrossFit in 2008, and quickly fell in love with the constant evolution, learning, multiple dimensions and competitive aspects of functional fitness.

My personal fitness journey can be described as a serious enthusiast. I once trained daily, sometimes multiple times a day to give myself a shot to one day compete at the CrossFit Games. Alas, I have given up that dream and leave my ceiling at a serious contender somewhere in the top 100 Athletes Age 45-49 in the world, with abilities to compete with anyone in my age group.

Currently, I train in the gym regularly alongside my members, sprinkle in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I surf as often as I can.
